摘  要:通过高温拉伸试验和差热分析(DSC)确定了C194铜合金的热轧工艺,采用扫描电镜(SEM)和透射电镜(TEM)等分析方法研究了热轧工艺对合金组织的影响,以及在其它工艺不变的情况下,研究了采用两种终轧温度(780℃及650℃)后合金性能的变化。实验结果表明:C194铜合金的理想开轧温度为950℃左右;为了降低热轧时析出相对合金性能的不利影响,根据合金的析出行为,终轧温度应大于715℃。The hot rolling process of C194 alloy was determined by high temperature tensile test and Differential Scanning Calorimetry (DSC), and its influence on microstructure evolution was investigated by Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM) and Transmission Electron Microscope (TEM), and the property variation was examined when the end rolling temperature was 780 ℃ and 650 ~C respectively. The results show that the suitable hot rolling temperature of the studied alloy is about 950 ℃; To decrease the disadvantageous influence of precipitated phases on the cold rolling and the aging process, the end hot rolling temperature should not be lower than 715 ℃. The results were discussed in related with the precipitation behavior of the alloy .
