摘 要:采用CO2激光器及LASERCELL-1005六轴六联动三维激光加工机床对40Cr钢进行熔覆处理,采用微观分析及力学性能测试手段对熔覆层组织及性能进行研究。结果表明:熔覆层由熔覆区(CZ)、结合区(BZ)和基底热影响区(HAZ)三部分组成。对应的组织分别为:细小的树枝晶与等轴晶、平面晶与树枝晶、针状马氏体;随扫描速度增加,熔覆层组织变得细小均匀,硬化层深加深,显微硬度、耐磨性、耐蚀性增加;激光熔覆后的硬度、耐磨性、耐蚀性都有很大提高,其最大值分别约为基体的4、4.3、30倍。CO2 laser and the LASERCELL-1005 six axes sixlinkages three dimensional laser processing machine tools were used for laser cladding process on 40Cr with Ni60B alloy powder. The microstructure and properties of cladding coating were researched by means of micro-analysis and mechanical property testing. The result indicated that, the coatings of laser cladding were constituted of cladding zone (CZ), bonding zone (BZ) and heat affected zone (HAZ). The corresponding microstructures were fine dendrites and equiaxial crystal, planar crystal and dendrites, acicular martensite. With the increase of the scanning speed, the microstructure became tiny and uniform, the hardened layer depth increased, while the microhardness, wear resistance and corrosion resistance were increased. The hardness, wear resistance and corrosion resistance were increased greatly after Laser hardening. The maximum values of them are as about four times, four times, thirty times as that of the substrate, respectively.
