摘  要:采用松装烧结技术在不同条件下制备出多孔钛板。利用扫描电子显微镜分析多孔钛板的形貌,研究多孔钛板的粉末粒度、压制压力、烧结温度及厚度对其静态抗拉强度的影响。结果表明,选用的粉末粒度越小,多孔钛板的抗拉强度越大;并且抗拉强度随着压制压力、烧结温度和厚度的增大而增大。The porous titanium plates were prepared by loose powder sintering technology. The morphology of porous titanium plates was investigated by means of scanning electronic microscopy (SEM) and tensile strength of the porous titanium plates were studied under quasi-static condition. The results indicated that the tensile strength of porous titanium plates increased with decreasing particle size. Moreover, the tensile strength of the samples increased with increasing the pressure, sintering temperature and thickness of the porous titanium plates.
