摘 要:采用Sol-gel-浸渍法制备RuO2/TiO2/FP(漂珠)负载型复合光催化剂,通过SEM、XRD、FT-IR对其结构进行表征。以高效氯氰菊酯(BEC)杀虫剂的光催化降解为模型反应,研究RuO2/TiO2/FP的光催化性能,探讨了影响光催化剂活性的各种因素。结果表明,0.3%RuO2/TiO2/FP复合光催化剂,500℃煅烧120min,具有良好的催化活性。在催化剂用量500mg/L、BEC初始浓度45mg/L、初始pH6.5、通气量200mL/min条件下,反应60min,BEC降解率分别为88.1%(125W高压汞灯,主波长365nm)、82.8%(8W紫外灯,主波长256nm)和75.1%(8W日光灯)。BEC的降解反应遵从L-H动力学模型,测得反应速率常数为17.5mg·(L·min)-1,吸附常数为3.48×10-3L·mg-1。The composite photocatalyst of RuO2/TiO2/FP(float pearls) was prepared by sol-gel-dipping method, and its structure characterization was carried out with SEM, XRD and FT-IR analysis. Being a model reaction, the photocatalytic degradation of beta-cypermethrin(BEC) was investigated in RuO2/TiO2/FP powder suspension irradiated by different light sources. The effects of influence factors on the photocatalytic activity were discussed for the prepared photocatalyst in this work. The results showed that the composite photocatalyst of 0.3% RuO2/TiO2/FP has good photocatalytic activity when the temperature of heat treatment is 500 ℃ for 120 min. Under the following conditions: amount of photocatalyst 500 mg/L, initial concentration of BEC 45 mg/L, initial pH 6.5, air flow rate 200 mL/min, the degradation rates of BEC reached 88.1%(125 W Hg lamp, 365 nm, 60 min), 82.8%(8 W UV lamp, 265 nm, 60 min) and 75.1% (8W solar light, 60 min), respectively. The photocatalytic degradation of BEC was experimentally demonstrated to follow the Langmuir-Hinshelwood kinetic model, and the reaction rate constant (17.5 mg·(L·min)^-1) and the adsorption constant (3.48× 10^-3 L·mg^-1) were determined, respectively.
