摘 要:通过溶胶凝胶法以无机盐为原料制备纳米贵金属稀土复合氧化物,并采用透射电镜(TEM)、低温氮吸附、X射线衍射(XRD)和程序升温H2还原(TPR-H2)对其形貌特征和物化性能进行了研究。复合氧化物为无定形或不规则多晶物质,以不规则球形粒子聚集成团存在,平均粒径约为70nm。其比表面积和总孔容适中,孔容呈现双峰分布特征。其储氧值和还原起点温度分别为2767μmol/g和200℃,具有作为汽车尾气净化三元催化剂涂层料的潜在优异起燃和储氧特性。Inorganic materials were used to prepare nanosized composite oxide of rare earth and precious metal by sol-gel method. Its morphology characters and physicochemical properties were investigated through TEM, low temperature nitrogen adsorption, XRD and TPR-H2. The composite existing in a form of agglomeration of irregular sphere particles consisted of amorphous or multicrystal substances with an average radius of 70 nm. Its specific area and total pore volume were found to be medium with a hi-peak distribution characteristic of pore volume. It was 2767 μmol/g and 200 ℃ for the oxygen storage capacity (OSC) and initial reduction temperature, indicating that the nanosized composite was a potential washcoat material of three-way catalyst used for auto exhaust purification with an excellent OSC and light-off characteristic.
