摘  要:通过微观组织观察、XRD相分析、倒扭摆仪测试合金的阻尼性能,研究了Cu-17Al-10Mn(at%)合金不同固溶温度下微观组织对阻尼性能的影响。结果表明,随固溶温度升高,由于合金晶粒内热弹性马氏体数量增多,合金的对数衰减率δ逐渐升高,当固溶温度达到825℃,合金的对数衰减率δ达到最大值;继续升高温度,由于马氏体变得粗大、界面减少而导致合金的对数衰减率下降。当应变振幅较小时,合金的阻尼主要来自于热弹性马氏体孪晶等易动界面的反复移动,随着应变振幅的增大,其他阻尼源如热弹性马氏体之间及其与母相之间的界面、应力诱发马氏体之间及其与母相之间的界面都参与运动,因此合金的对数衰减率一直升高。The influence of microstructures at different solution treatment temperature on the damping properties of Cu-17Al-10Mn alloys was studied by means of optical microscopy observation, X-ray diffraction and reversal torsion method. The results showed that the logarithmic decrement increased with solution treatment temperature increasing because the amount of thermoelastic martensite increased. The logarithmic decrement of the alloy solution treated at 825 ℃ reached the maximum value. Then the logarithmic decrement decreased with solution treatment temperature increasing because the martensite planes became thicker. When the strain amplitude was low, the logarithmic decrement increased because of the movement of such movable boundaries as martensite twinning boundaries. With the strain amplitude increasing, the logarithmic decrement increased because the damping properties also came from the movement of thermoelastic martensite boundaries and stress-induced martensite boundaries from the parent phase in larger stress.
