摘 要:目的:建立一种快速测定瓜果、蔬菜中19种有机氯和拟除虫菊酯农药残留的毛细管气相色谱法。方法:样品经搅拌成匀浆后,利用乙腈直接萃取,提取液经Florisil柱净化和氮吹仪浓缩后,再采用HP-5大口径石英毛细管柱(30 m×0.53 mm×0.88μm),ECD检测器进行测定。结果:样品的农药添加回收率为76.2%-115.6%。相对标准偏差为4.81%-9.82%。结论:该方法快速、准确、灵敏、成本低,能满足多种农药快速检测的要求。Objective:To determine the pesticide multi - residues in fruits and vegetables effectively, a rapid and sensitive capillary gas chromatography method has been established for the determination of 19 organochlorine and pyrethroid pesticides in fruits and vegetables. Methods:The pesticide residues in the samples were extracted with acetonitrile and then the extracts concentrated with steam of nitrogen and cleaned up by Florisil solid phase extraction column. Extracts were separated by HP - 5 ( 30 m × 0. 53 mm × 0. 88 μm) capillary column and detected by electron -capture detector. Results:The recoveries obtained from fruits and vegetables samples were in the ranges of 76. 2% - 115.6% , with relative standard deviations of 4. 81% -9. 82%. Conclusion:This method is quick, accurate, sensitive and can meet with the fast analysis of pesticide multi -residues in fruits and vegetables.
