摘 要:目的:建立简便、灵敏、准确的气相色谱-电子捕获检测器(GC-ECD)测定块茎类蔬菜中8种拟除虫菊酯类农药残留的检测方法。方法:样品粉碎后,采用乙腈为提取溶剂,在超声波中提取30 min,用弗罗里硅土柱净化提纯。选用石英毛细管柱HP-5(30 m×0.32 mm×0.25μm)作为分析柱,程序升温进行测定。结果:8种拟除虫菊酯类农药分离良好;线性范围为:0.03-0.15μg/ml;定量检测限为:1.4-8.5μg/kg;方法平均回收率为:82.7%-95.2%;标准偏差为:3.3%-7.1%。结论:该法灵敏度高,操作简便,适用于实际样品的测定。Objective:To establish an analytical method for determination of 8 kinds of pyrethroid pesticide residue in tuber vegetables by GC - ECD. Methods: The smashed sample was extracted by acetonitrile using ultrasonic extraction for 30 minutes, purificated by Florisil, determined by HP -5 quartz capillary column with column temperture programe. Results:The 8 kinds of pyrethroid pesticide were separated well. The linear range was 0. 03 - 0. 15 μg/ml and the limit of quantification was 1.4 8.5 μg/kg. The recovery was between 82.7% - 95.2%. RSD was less than 3.3% - 7.1%. Conclusion : This method is sensitive, fast and accurate. It can be used for determination of the residues of pyrethroid pesticide in tuber vegetables.
