摘 要:目的:对浙江省5个地区土壤中的二恶英、多氯联苯污染水平进行研究。方法:土壤经自然风干、研磨、去杂过筛后,加入同位素内标,以索氏抽提萃取,经多层硅胶柱、硝酸银柱和氧化铝柱净化后,用FMS(带商品化碳柱)分离二恶英和多氯联苯,最后用高分辨气相色谱-高分辨质谱联用同位素内标法测定土壤中的二恶英和多氯联苯残留。结果:5个地区土壤中二恶英的浓度范围为218.5-5098.9pg/g d.w,平均浓度为1993.5 pg/g d.w;多氯联苯的浓度范围为1520-318380 pg/g d.w,平均为97000 pg/g d.w;二恶英的毒性当量为5.880-47.598 pg/g d.w,多氯联苯的毒性当量为0.153-34.833 pg/g d.w,总的毒性当量为11.937-47.598 pg/g d.w,平均为27.61 pg/g d.w。结论:根据与国内其它地区数据的比较,浙江地区的二恶英、多氯联苯与国内重点污染区数据相近,污染比较严重。Objective: To reveal the pollution level of PCDD/Fs and PCBs in soils from five areas of Zhejiang province. Methods:Soil was air dried, grinded and sifted with 200 meshes stainless steel sieve. After ^13C -labeled surrogate internal standards had been spiked, soil sample was extracted by soxhlet apparatus and purified by a series of columns like multiple silica column, silver nitrate column and alumina column, and at last analyzed by HRGC - HRMS. Results: Concentration ranges and averages of dioxins and PCBs in soil from five areas are 218.5 -5098.9 pg/g d. w, 1993.5 pg/g d. w, and 1520 -318380 pg/g d. w, 97000 pg/g d. w, respectively; Ranges of total dioxin and PCB WHO - TEQ in soils are 5. 880 -47.598pg/g d. w and 0. 153 - 34. 833 pg/g d. w, respectively. Total WHO - TEQ in soils are 11. 937 - 47. 598pg/g d. w, and average is 27.61 pg/g d. w. Conclusion : Compared with other investigation of typical polluted areas in China, dioxins and PCBs in soils from five areas in Zhejiang was nearly with others. The pollution is serious.
