摘　　要：通过对南通市交通路口汽车废气污染状况的调查和７２例交警与７５例某厂工人的发铅及健康状况的比较，发现两组发铅无明显差异，但前者高于后者；呼吸、消化、神经系统症状出现率前者明显高于后者，有显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．０５）。This article reported the investigation of the air pollution caused by the automobile exhaust of traffic road in Nantong. The comparison of hair lead and health effects of 72 traffic policemen and 75 workers was made.The results showed that the hair lead level of traffic policemen was higher than that of the workers,but there is no significant difference. The symptomatic rates of respiratory, digestive and nervous systems of traffic policemen were also higher than those of the workers,with statistical significance.It suggested that the automobile exhaust be harmful to health of traffic policemen
