摘　　要：票据抗辩制度为票据债务人提供了一种保护自己的权利,但票据抗辩权的滥用会破坏票据流通的正常秩序。票据抗辩权的限制与反限制制度为票据抗辩权的行使规定了范围。初步分析了我国票据抗辩的限制与反限制规定的理解和适用,提出依法行使票据抗辩权具有重要的意义。The system of exception to bill offers a debtor the rights to protect themselves, but the abuse of the system will destroy the normal order of bills in circulation. The restriction and anti-restriction of the exception to bill provide the scope of the rights to exercise. The paper analyzed the understanding and application of the restriction and anti-restriction of the exception to hill and showed it is important to exercise the rights of the exception to bill on legal basis.
