青年高血压患者门诊随访及血压控制情况

摘　　要：目的评价门诊经常就诊的青年高血压患者血压控制及随访情况。方法通过高血压患者管理软件，收集患者就诊基线及1年内随诊资料。结果收集45岁以下高血压患者1375例，67．6％的患者随访6个月以上。基线血压、随访第3、6个月血压控制率分别为60．2％、68．4％和71．5％，血压控制率没有明显差别（P〉0．05）。基线血压控制良好者第3、6个月随访血压控制率分别为72．4％和71．1％，血压控制率没有明显差别（P〉0．05）。随访6个月，血压均控制与血压控制不良者相比，在年龄、性别、服药比例没有明显差别；体育锻炼、限盐、控制体重对提高控制率有显著影响。结论经常到门诊就诊的青年高血压患者血压控制率较高，体育锻炼、限盐、控制体重有助于提高血压控制率，血压控制良好者可3～6个月随访1次。Objective To review blood pressure （BP） control and follow-up visit in the young patients with hypertension commonly seeking medical advices in outpatient clinic （OPD）. Methods The base- line of seeing doctor and follow-up materials within one year were collected through the administration software of patients with hypertension. Results There were 1 375 patients with hypertension under 45 years old, and among them 67.6% were followed up for more than 6 months. The baseline BP, and BP control rates of 3-month follow-up and 6-month follow-up were 60.2% ,68.4% and 71.5% respectively without significant difference （P 〉 0.05 ）. In the patients with good BP control the BP control rates of 3-month follow-up and 6- month follow-up were 72.4% and 71.1% respectively without significant difference（ P 〉 0.05 ）. After follow-up visit for 6 months, there was no significant difference in age, sex and medicine-taking percentage when the patients with good BP control were compared with those with poor BP control, but physical exercise, salt restriction and weight management influenced a lot on BP control rate. Conclusion The young patients with hypertension commonly seeking medical advices in OPD have a higher BP control rate. Physical exercise, salt restriction and weight management is helpful to the increase of BP control rate. The patients having good BP control can be visited once every 3 or 6 months.
