摘　　要：本文结合笔者多年建筑设计实践,探讨了现代城市良好居住环境的宏观控制策略,并从高层建筑的规划与建筑生态设计的角度,着重对城市高层建筑营运系统及室内环境二方面进行了详细阐述,以期实现未来城市可持续发展目标。Union author architectural design many years has carried out the main body of a book, has discussed modern fine city habitan- cyenvironment macro-control tactics, and from the tower plan and the angle building organism＇s habits design＇s, be burning weight to service systematically and interior environment of city tower the expound detailedly, to look forward to realizing a future city sustainable development targets having been in progress in two aspects.
