摘  要:分析了祁连山空中云水资源开发利用的科学重要意义,介绍了空中云水资源开发利用研究的国际现状,系统概括了国家科技攻关计划重大项目"祁连山空中云水资源开发利用研究"在地形云野外科学试验、云水资源监测方法、地形云形成物理模型、云水资源和地面降水的分布特征及影响机制、地形云的微物理特征、祁连山人工增雨概念模型等方面取得的最新研究进展,初步评估了祁连山区人工增雨的效果和效益,讨论了祁连山空中云水资源开发的一些科学问题。In this paper, the scientific significance of exploitation and utilization of cloud-water resource in the Qilian Mountains region was analyzed. The international status of the study on exploitation and utilization of cloud-water resource was introduced. And the up to date research advances were generalized in topography cloud field experiment, monitoring method of cloud-water resource, physical model of topography cloud, characteristics of distribution of cloud-water resource and precipitation, conceptual model of artificial modification weather, which were gotten from "the study on exploitation and utilization of cloud-water resource in the Qilian Mountains region from the National Science and Technology Program". Then, effect and benefit of artificial modification weather in the Qilian Mountains region were evaluated. Finally, some preliminary problems about exploitation and utilization of cloud-water resource in the Qilian Mountains region were discussed.
