摘 要:目的:探讨兔颈椎病模型椎动脉血管变化及复方川脊片的干预作用。方法::40只兔随机分为4组:空白组,模型组,颈复康组,川脊片组。用硬化剂注射法造模,4周后,模型组,颈复康组及川脊片组分别20ml生理盐水,20ml颈复康混悬液及20ml川脊片混悬液灌胃。治疗4周后经颅多普勒(TCD)检测血流速度,搏动指数和阻力指数,常规HE染色测量血管壁中膜厚度,免疫组织化学检测血管肌浆球蛋白变化。结果:与空白组相比模型组血流速度降低,搏动指数和阻力指数均显著提高,管壁增厚,肌浆球蛋白表达增多,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与模型组及颈复康组相比,川脊片组血流速度升高,搏动指数和阻力指数均降低,管壁增厚受抑制,肌浆球蛋白表达减少,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:血管壁增殖是椎动脉型颈椎病血供减少的机制之一,复方川脊片能有效抑制椎动脉血管增殖。Objective:To explore the changes of vertebral artery in rabbit model of cervical spondylosis (CS) and the effect of Compound Chuanji Tablets on CS. Methods: Forty rabbits were randomly divided into 4 groups: the normal group, the model group, Jingfukang (JFK) group and Chuanji Tablet (CJT) group. The animal model of CS was made by injection of sclerosing agent. Four weeks later, the control group, JFK group and CJT group were respectively treated with intragastric administration of 20 ml Sodium Chloride, 20 ml suspension of JFK granule and 20 ml suspension of compound CJT. After 4 weeks' therapy, the transcranial doppler was used to detect the blood flow rate, pulsatility index and the resistant index of the vertebral artery. Meanwhile, HE staining was used to measure the thickness of tunica media vasorum and immunohistochemistry method was used to detect the expression of myosin. Results:The pulsatility index, resistant index, thickness of tuniea media vasorum and expression of myosin were significantly higher in the model group than those in the normal group (P〈0.05) while the blood flow rate was remarkably decreased (P〈0.05). Compared with the model group and the JFK group, the pulsatility index, resistant index , thickness of tunica media vasorurn and expression of myosin were signif- icantly decreased in the CJT group (P〈0.05), with the blood flow rate apparently increased (P〈0.05). Conclusion:The vessel wall proliferation is one of the mechanisms for blood--supply insufficiency in vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis. Compound CJT is effective in inhibiting proliferation of the vertebral artery.
