白芍止眩方对动物活血止痛调节的实验研究

摘　　要：目的:观察白芍止眩方对动物的活血化瘀、消炎止痛的作用机理及安全性。方法:将32只Wistar大鼠,48只制成耳肿胀小鼠随机分为正常对照组、阿司匹林组、白芍止眩方浸膏低、高剂量组,用药后分别观察各组大鼠血液流变学指标,小鼠耳廓肿胀的影响。将60只小鼠随机分为正常对照组、度冷丁组、白芍止眩方浸膏低、高剂量组,观察热板法后痛阈值范围的变化.将48只小鼠随机分为正常对照组、阿司匹林组、白芍止眩方浸膏低、高剂量组,观察注射醋酸溶液后的扭体次数及扭体潜伏时间。将30只小白鼠随机分为白芍止眩方组20只,对照组10只,观察给药后的毒性反应和体重变化。结果:白芍止眩方浸膏高剂量组的血液流变学指标明显降低,小鼠耳廓肿胀程度明显减轻,痛阈值范围和扭体次数与其它组比较差异均有统计学意义,白芍止眩方浸膏组的毒性反应和体重变化与对照组比较差异无统计学意义。结论:白芍止眩方浸膏毒性较低,有一定的活血化瘀、消炎止痛的作用,对治疗椎动脉型颈椎病有较好作用。Objective：To explore the mechanism and safety of Baishao Zhixuan Formula （BZF） in promoting blood circula tion by removing blood stasis, anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects. Methods：Thirty-two rats and 50 mice （ear swelling model） were randomly divided into normal control group, positive control group, BZF extract low dose and high dose groups. After the treatment, blood rheological indicators and ear edema in each group were observed. Sixty rats and 48 mice were randomized into normal control group, positive control group, BZF extract low dose and high dose groups. Changes of pain threshold following hot-plate test and twisting times after injection of acetic acid solution were observed. Thirty mice were randomly assigned to BZF group （n=20） and control group （n=10） for test of toxic response and body weight change after administration of BZF. Results.. Compared with other groups, blood viscosity and ear edema in BZF high dose group were remarkably lowered, and there were significant differences in the range of pain threshold and twisting times between BZF high dose group and other groups. No apparent differences in toxic response and body weight change were found between BZF group and control group. Conclusion：BZF extract has certain effects of promoting blood circulation, removing blood stasis, anti-inflammation and analgesia with low toxicity, which has potential effect on vertebral artery type of cervical spondytosis.
