消痹定痛酊对类风湿关节炎活动期患者血清IL-1、IL-6、TNF-α的影响

摘　　要：目的:初步探讨消痹定痛酊阻止类风湿性关节炎骨质侵蚀可能的作用机制。方法:用现代制药工艺,研制成的纯中药制剂消痹定痛酊直接作用于局部。结果:消痹定痛酊能够降低血沉、C反应蛋白、类风湿因子滴度,能够降低IL-1、IL-6、TNF-α含量,能够显著减轻和缓解患者的临床症状,,在治疗2周与4周后与迪扶欣比较差异无统计学意义。结论:消痹定痛酊能起到阻止类风湿性关节炎局部骨质侵蚀的作用,能改善和不同程度的恢复关节功能。Objective：To study the potential mechanism of Xiaobi Dingtong Tincture （XDT） in inhibiting bone erosion in rheumatoid arthritis （RA） patients. Methods：Patients with RA were treated with XDT prepared with modern technique. Results：XDT significantly depressed erythrosedimentation, C reactive protein, rheumatoid factor titer and serum levels of IL-1, IL-6 and tumor necrosis factor-α. Also, it significantly relieved clinical symptoms. No obvious difference was observed between XDT and Difuxin at the 2nd or 4th week after treatment. Conclusion： XDT can prevent hone erosion in RA and efficiently improve restoration of joint function.
