改良股四头肌成形术治疗创伤性膝关节强直的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨改良股四头肌成形术治疗创伤性膝关节强直治疗效果。方法:在2000年1月～2007年8月间应用改良股四头肌成形术治疗46例创伤性膝关节伸直位强直患者。结果:术前膝关节活动范围10°～45°,平均29°;本组病例术后随访8～28个月,平均随访16个月,屈膝功能达85°～130°,平均105°,按Judet-Letoumel评定标准:优38例,良6例,可2例,优良率达95.7%。1例术区皮肤愈合差,换药后愈合。无其他并发症。结论:改良股四头肌成形术治疗创伤性膝关节强直手术安全,疗效好,术后并发症少。Objective：To investigate the therapeutic effects of a modified quadricepsplasty for traumatic ankylosis of the knee joint. Methods：From January 2001 to August 2007, 46 patients with traumatic extension ankylosis of the knee joint were treated by modified quadricepsplasty. Results：The preoperative knee range of motion was from 10° to 45° with an average of 29°. The follow-up duration ranged from 8 months to 28 months with an average of 16 months, and the postoperative flexion function of knee joint was from 85° to 130° with an average of 105°. According to Judet-Letoumel standards, the results were excellent in 38 cases, good in 6 cases and fair in 2 cases, with an excellent and good rate of 95.7%. Poor wound healing occurred in 1 case and it healed completely after changing dressings. No other complications were observed. Conclusion; Modified quadricepsplasty in the treatment of severe knee joint stiffness from traumatic ankylosis of the knee joint is a safe, reliable and effective technique with few complications.
