长期服用抗精神病药物患者肝胆B超检查结果分析

摘　　要：目的：探讨长期服用抗精神病药物（1年以上）的精神分裂症患者的肝胆B超检查异常情况及相关性。方法：调查199例长期服用抗精神病药物的精神分裂症住院患者，定期进行肝胆B超检查、血糖血脂检测，测量身高、体重，计算体质量指数。结果：肝胆B超检查阳性的共86例（43．22％），其中脂肪肝33例（16．58％）、胆石症27例（13．57％），肝胆B超阳性率与用药年限呈显著相关（P〈0．05），与年龄、性别无显著相关性（P〉0．05）。结论：长期服用抗精神病药物治疗的精神分裂症患者的脂肪肝、胆石症发生率较高，定期进行肝胆B超检查，血糖血脂检测，监测体重对指导临床早期发现脂肪肝，胆石症及合理用药有重要意义。Objective ： To investigate the abnormal conditions and its relevance of liver and gallbladder in schizophrenic patients who took the antipsychoties for long-term （more than one year） by B -type ultrasound scanning. Methods： Observing ：199 schizophrenic patients in hospital who used the antipsychoties for long - term were recruited into this study, the liver and gallbladder ultrasonic scanning, blood sugar and blood lipid testing, body height, weight measuring and body mass index calculation will be taken regularly. Results： 86 liver and gallbladder ultrasonic scanning results （43.22 % ） show positive in 199 schizophrenia patients, in which 33 cases （ 16.58 % ） are fatty liver （FL） , and 27 cases （ 13.57 % ） have gallstone diseases. The positive rate of liver and gallbladder ultrasonic have notable correlation with the periods of taking antipsyehotic （ P 〈 0.05 ） , and have no correlation with the age and the sex of patients（ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusions ： There is a high rate of abnormity of fatty liver and gallstone disease for long - term antipsyehotic user, It suggests that carrying on B -type ultrasonic examination of Liver and Gallbladder, testing blood glucose and lipid, measuring body weight regularly would play an important role in guiding clinical to find fatty liver and gallstone disease early and to use of drugs reasonably.
