摘 要:以南水北调工程为研究对象,建立了适合于南水北调工程建设的项目群划分组合模型,提出了考虑层次维度和时间维度的南水北调工程建设项目群总体结构。基于项目群分解结构,结合南水北调中线某倒虹吸工程,耦合三维数字建模、三维可视化仿真和工程进度,提出了基于横道图的施工进度三维动态可视化分析方法,能够直观地描述工程施工过程中复杂的时空逻辑关系,通过施工面貌与施工进度计划的交互分析,实现其施工过程的数字化管理,为南水北调工程建设的数字化管理提供模型基础和技术支持。For the South-to-North Water Transfer Project construction, the mathematical model of the project program division and combination was built, and the overall framework of the proj ect programs was put forward with hierarchy and time dimensions. Based on the breakdown structure,the 3D dynamic visual analysis method of the construction schedule was represented, integrated with 3D digital modeling,3D visual simulation and the project progress. By the application for inverted siphon engineering of the Mid-Route Project of the South-to-North Water Transfer, it could describe the complicated time-space logical relationship during the construction intuitively. Then, the digital construction management can be realized through the interactive analysis of the construction images and the schedule. It offers the modal basis and the technical support of the South-to-North Water Transfer Project construction management.
