摘　　要：讨论了冲模功能和结构的关系,在对冲模结构关系进行分析的基础上,将冲模零件的装配关系按等级分类,提出了一个面向冲模功能的层次等级关联关系模型。此模型以冲模功能为划分依据,并集中了层次模型和关系模型的优点。系统生成的冲模装配序列符合实际生产的情况。The relations between stamping die functions and structures are discussed.On the base of analyzing the relations in stamping die structures,this paper classifies the assembly relations according to their grades and proposes an assembly model based on stamping die functions and level hierarchy connection relations.The model is based on stamping die functions and has the advantages of level model and relation model.The stamping die assembly sequence generated by the system is the same as real condition.
