摘 要:以聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)为聚合物基体,PZT为陶瓷相,稀土铁合金粒子Terfenol-D为添加组分,运用聚合物熔融压片法制备了聚合物体积含量为30%的0.3PVDF/(0.7-f)PZT/fTerfenol-D三相复合材料。研究了Terfenol-D的体积含量、频率对复合材料介电性能的影响。结果显示:Terfenol-D粒子的加入,可以提高0.3PVDF/0.7PZT复合材料的介电常数,PVDF/PZT/Terfenol-D复合材料具有介电常数高、介电损耗小的特点。Three-phase 0.3PVDF/(0.7 f) PZT/fTerfenol-D composites and consisting of polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF), Tb-Dy-Fe alloy (Terfenol-D), and lead zireonatc titanates (PZT), prepared by using a melt blending and hotmolding technique. The composite was based on the simple combination of Terfenol-D and PZT particles which were mixed and embedded in the polymer matrix. The dependence of the dielectric constant on frequency and Terfenol-D volume fraction was investigated. The results indicated that the dielectric constant of the composites can increase by adding suitable quantity Terfenol-D, and the composites showed a high dielectric constant and lower dielectric loss.
