4A分子筛/膨胀型阻燃剂在NR中的应用性能研究

摘　　要：制备了含4A分子筛的膨胀型阻燃剂,研究其在NR中的应用。性能测试表明,4A分子筛由于其优良的催化和吸附性能提高了材料的力学和耐磨性能;同时,4A分子筛与膨胀型阻燃剂的协同效应提高了NR胶料的阻燃性能。The intumescent flame retardant （IFR） agent containing 4A zeolite was prepared and its application properties in NR system was researched. Properties research indicated that the tensile and wear resistant properties of NR was improved due to the special eatalystic and adsorption properties of 4A zeolte. Meanwhile, the flame retardant properties of NR were improved due to the synergistic properties between 4A zeolite and IFR agent.
