Change of TNF_α Content in the Plasma and Wounded Tissue in Young and Aged Rats During Wound Healing

摘  要:观察青年大鼠 (3月龄 )与老年大鼠 (2 4月龄 )伤口愈合过程中血液及伤口组织TNFα 的变化。结果发现 ,老年大鼠伤口愈合时间明显迟于青年大鼠。青年大鼠伤口愈合过程中血浆肿瘤坏死因子 (TNFα)在第 3d开始升高至 (0 74± 0 11)ng/L ,第 7d时升高至 (0 92± 0 15)ng/L ,与实验前相比分别P <0 0 5,P <0 0 1。而老年大鼠TNFα的升高在伤口第 3d变化不大 ,第 7d有显著意义 ,它的变化晚于青年组。伤口组织TNFα 的结果也表明青年组在伤口第 7dTNFα 明显升高 ,虽然老年组也有升高趋势 ,但低于同期的青年组水平。提示老年组伤口愈合困难可能与主要产生TNFα 的巨噬细胞功能降低有关 ,巨噬细胞释放的细胞因子水平下降 ,使组织的修复发生障碍。The wound healing time, breaking intensity of healed wound and the content of TNF α in plasma and the wounded tissue in young (three month old) and aged (twenty four month old) rats were observed in the experiment. The results showed that the wound in the aged rats healed slower than that in the young ones. The content of TNF α in the wounded tissue of the aged rats on the 7th day after being wounded was lower than that of the young rats. The results suggest that the delay of wound healing in aged rats is related with their lower content of TNF α in the plasma and wounded tissue.
