19例汶川地震伤挤压综合征患者的手术配合

摘　　要：报告了19例汶川地震造成的挤压综合征患者的手术配合。12例行伤肢减压、清创术及合并伤的手术救治,4例行伤肢坏死截肢术,2例未行切开减压术,只对合并伤进行手术保守治疗,1例合并肠道压榨广泛坏死并全腹膜炎患者因多器官衰竭而死亡。针对地震挤压综合征患者病情特点进行护理,加强骨折及气性坏疽患者手术配合,巡回护士要做好维持有效血容量、严密观察病情、严格控制出入量等护理,器械护士要保障术中所需器械物品的供应,确保手术顺利进行。This paper introduced the experience of intraoperative care of 19 patients with crush syndrome caused by Wenchuan earthquake. In order to ensure the operation to be done smoothly, the nurses should provide nursing care according to the special features of patients with crash syndrome and strengthen intraoperative care of patients with fracture and gas gangrene. The circuit nurses should help to keep patients sufficient blood volume, observe physical sign closely and control fluid replacement strictly. Meanwhile, the instrument nurses should pass the medical instruments needed by the surgeon in time.
