摘  要:介绍了一种半桥式激光电源的设计,并对其工作原理进行了论述。该激光器基于PWM控制芯片SG3525,采用恒频脉宽调制控制方式,自动调整输出功率得到稳定的电源输出。对脉冲变压器隔离驱动电路进行了详细设计,并设计了过流保护电路以及虚假过流诊断电路。该电源结构简单,运行稳定性好,有效降低了成本。This article designed a half-bridge laser power supply, and discussed the work principle of the laser. The power which was based on SG3525 control IC of PWM, can obtain the steady output with invariablenes frequency and automatic adjustment of the pulse width. The drive circuit and protect circuit were also designed. It is also obtained experimental results through practical proof. The laser designed in this paper reduced the cost with its simple structure and good stability.
