摘  要:产品质量的控制贯穿于产品全生命周期,拥有精确、全面和流通性好的产品信息是控制产品质量的重要因素。提出将元数据应用于质量管理中形成质量元数据,选用对象模型进行数据信息的采集与建模,根据对象模型中的信息来约束传统模型信息,保证应用系统中信息的完整性、一致性、正确性和兼容性。基于GPS(dimensional and Geometrical Product Specification and verification)标准,确定面向对象元模型的可扩展标记语言(XML)描述,使用UML(Unified Model-ing Language)技术设计通用对象元模型,利用面向对象元模型描述公称表面模型、规范表面模型和检验表面模型中与产品质量相关的元数据信息。最后以风力发电机桨叶为例,给出应用描述。Quality control is running throughout Product Lifecycle Management( PLM), so the products' information with high accuracy, good liquidity and excellent comprehension is an important factor to control products' quality. Metadata technology was proposed to be applied in quality control to form the metadata of quality. Object model was chosen for the collection and modeling of data information, and then the information of object model was used to restrict the traditional model information. So it can ensure the integrity, consistency, compatibility of the application system's information. The object-oriented element model's XML description was determined based on GPS standards, and then the UML technology was used to design general object element model and the objective-oriented element model was used to describe the product quality related metadata information in nominal surface model, specification surface model and verification surface model. The blades of wind energy is chosen as an example to give the real application of UML and objective-oriented metadata in the modeling analysis and description of products' quality information.
