摘 要:利用弹塑性理论确定胀接过程所需的最大和最小胀接压力,分别建立单管胀接和多管胀接的三维非线性有限元分析模型,通过对模拟计算结果的分析得知,胀接后模型的等效应力、残余接触应力沿管子轴向分布不均匀,在管板开槽处会形成一道残余接触应力集中圈;多管胀接相互之间产生一定的影响,使已胀管的残余接触应力分布更加趋向不均匀,其最大值处会变得更大,而在最小值处其值会下降。研究结果能够为胀接接头的结构设计和工艺参数的选择提供指导。The maximum and minimum expended pressure is obtained by using theories of elasticity and plasticity. The nonlinear finite element 3D models of single-tube expended and multi-tubes expended are built respectively. By analyzing and comparing the results of numerical simulation, it shows that the distribute of models' stress and residual contact stress along tube's axis direction is not equal, and the residual contact stress is very big at a tube-sheet hole groove residual. The influences exists each other when many tubes are expended, the distributing of residual contact stress in the former expended tube location is more uneven, that is, the stress value will be augmented in the location of maximum contact stress, and vice versa. The result obtained can provide the guidance for the structure design and the selection parameters of hydraulically expanded joints.
