摘　　要：运用文献法和归纳法,介绍了国外对住房可支付能力的内涵界定、测度方法、影响因素、低住房可支付能力带来的后果以及提高住房可支付能力的对策等研究成果,归纳了国外研究的特点;结合国内该领域研究的现状,提出了从视角、内容、方法等方面开展我国住房可支付能力研究的建议。The research fruits about the housing affordability in foreign academy can be used as the important references to our studies. Methods of documentation and induction are employed in this paper. The meaning, measurement method, impact factors of housing affordability are introduced respectively, the consequences of weak housing affordability and the ways of improving it are described as well in this paper. The characteristics of foreign studies are also summarized. Finally, according to the current situation in China, it puts forward suggestions of doing research on housing affordability.
