摘 要:在深Ⅱ度烫伤8%体表面积的大鼠伤后2、24、48h 腹腔注射去纤维蛋白原剂巴曲酶,观察该酶对大鼠深Ⅱ度烫伤创面早期加深是否有缓解作用。结果表明,烫伤大鼠伤后增高的血纤维蛋白原水平降至正常,血和创面内的纤维蛋白(原降解产物与正常一致或高于正常。创面组织标本 Masson 胶原染色显示伤后72h 内的创面加深现象有一定程度的缓解。巴曲酶可通过降解血纤维蛋白原使血液粘稠度降低而改善大鼠深Ⅱ度烫伤创面的微循环损害,缓解创面的早期加深。The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of Batroxobin,a defibrinating agent,on deep second-degree burn wounds during early stage after injury.The Batroxobin was given intraperitoneally to rats with deep second-degree burns to 8% of body surface area at 2、24、48 hours postburn.We observed that the elevated concentration of fibrinogen in plasma decreased significantly and even to the level of normal controls.The fibrin(ogen)degradation products in plasma and wounds increased significantly.The results of observation in wound histopathology by Masson's trichrome staining showed that the progressive injury in these wounds during acute phase after burning slowed down.We concluded that Batroxobin could slow down progressive injury in deep second-degree burns by defibrinating and improving microcirculation during early stage after thermal injury.
