摘　　要：本文针对标准信号源、任意波形发生器以及雷达信号模拟器等测试仪器难以有效检验雷达目标检测/跟踪、目标识别等数据处理系统的缺点,设计了新型雷达目标回波模拟系统。新系统采用三级目标回波信号模拟方案,提供基本测试信号、模拟回波信号以及真实回波信号,生成与雷达前端组件输出一致的目标回波,馈入后端数据处理组件,能够有效检验目标检测/跟踪、目标识别等数据处理模块的功能与性能。In order to improve the information processing capability of sea surveillance radar systems, target detection, tracking and recognition functions have been applied, but existing basic signal generators, arbitrary waveform generators and radar signal simula- tors cannot satisfy the requirements to test these functions. A novel radar return simulation system has been presented in this paper, which has adopted a 3-level wave simulation architecture, and could provide basic signals, simulating target returns and real radar re- turns. The electric specification and dynamic feature of such signals is the same as that of real radar front-end components. Such signals could be fed into radar back-end data processing components to measure their functions and performance effectively.
