摘  要:封闭群非清洁级和清洁级 SD 大鼠79只,80℃15s 水烫后造成深Ⅱ度烫伤,分别于烫伤后2、4、8、24、48及72h,局部皮肤取材,组织学观察。结果显示表皮细胞及毛囊上皮细胞核固缩,皮脂腺崩解,真皮胶元纤维肿胀融合,深部毛囊残留,确认为深Ⅱ度烫伤;两组动物比较,非清洁级部分大鼠烫伤24h 后,烫伤区筋膜内有大量中性白细胞浸润,有的累及肌层,而清洁级大鼠则基本上无炎症细胞浸润,故后者作为烫伤模型更为适宜。80℃ water bath of 15 seconds was used to produce deep partial-thickness burns in two groups of 79 rats(non-clean groups and clean groups).The skin was biopsied at the intervals of 2、3、8、24、48 and 72 hours after scald.Histological observations of epidermic cells and epithelium of hair follicles revealed nuclear pyknosis,disruption of sebaceous glands and swelling,fusion of dermic collagen.But deep hair follicles still were viable.So it is considered deep partial-thickness burns. Compared with these two groups,we found that in some non-clean groups,there were a lot of infiltration of leukocytes in the fascia of burn area,some cases even involved muscular layer,but in clean groups,infiltration of inflammatory cells were seldom or never.So clean-groups were more appropriate to make burn model.
