摘  要:目的探讨应用双向回血法对降低动静脉内瘘血栓形成危险性的作用。方法随机对我院200例维持性血液透析患者分为实验组100例和对照组100例,应用单向回血与双向回血两种不同方法,观察回血时间、回血过程中进入体内生理盐水量、穿刺针眼部位渗血、血肿、动脉瘤等项目。结果两组在操作时间、进入体内生理盐水量、血滤器凝血程度项目无明显差异(P>0.05),在穿刺针眼处渗血、血肿发生率、动脉瘤发生率实验组明显低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论提示双向回血法降低了内瘘局部血液粘稠度,减少血肿及动脉瘤并发症的发生,有效降低了动静脉内瘘血栓形成的危险性。Objective To study the two-way blood re-infusion method to reduce the risk of thrombosis formation in arteriovenous fistula. Method We recruited 200 patients with maintenance hemodialyis, and randomly and equally assigned them into experimental or control group. We then used one-way or two-way blood re-infusion method for hemodialysis, and observed their re-infusion time, the volume of normal saline left in the body during blood re- infusion, and the presence of hemorrhage, hematoma and aneurysm at the puncture site. Results There were no differences in operation time, the volume of normal saline left in the body, clotting in blood filter between the two groups (P 〉 0.05). However, hemorrhage, hematoma and aneurysm at the puncture site were lower in experimental group than in control group (P 〈 0.01). Conclusion The two-way blood re-infusion method resulted in the decrease of viscous consistency of local blood in the fistula, prevented the occurrence of hematoma and aneurysm at the puncture site, and lowered the risk of thrombosis formation in arteriovenous fistula.
