摘　　要：中医护士核心能力包括整体护理与辨证施护相结合的能力、中医护理技术操作实践能力、养生指导能力等。加强整体护理和辨证施护,突出中医特色的健康教育（养生）,把中医护理操作技术运用到疾病的预防治疗中去,是培养中医护士核心能力的关键。The core competencies of traditional Chinese medicine nurses（TCM-nurses） included the abilities of integration of holistic nursing care and syndrome differentiation nursing,Chinese medicine nursing skills,regimen coaching skills and so on. To enhance holistic nursing care and syndrome differentiation nursing,prominent characteristics of Chinese medicine health education （regimen）,the practice of Chinese medicine nursing skills in the treatment and prevention of disease are the key for cultivating the core competency of traditional Chinese medicine.
