摘　　要：PVC型材行业正在由快速发展模式向注重规模、环保的可持续发展模式转变;由盲目模仿国外产品、单纯追求出材率高的薄壁PVC型材模式向具有节能功能、应用性能好的厚壁PVC型材模式转变。本文针对PVC型材断面结构中常常被忽视的PVC型材增强型钢腔、排水结构、五金槽口、框梃连接方式等设计内容,提出供商榷的设计想法。PVC profile has transformed from the rapid development pattern to focus on the scale, environmentally-friendly model of sustainable development,from blindly copy foreign products and pursue the high rate of thin wall PVC to thick wall PVC with the energy saving and good application perfornlance.In this study we propoes the design opinion aimed at the usually neglected design contents of PVC profile structure,such as reinforced steel cavity,drainage structures,hardwares and the connection between the head and the tappet.
