摘　　要：针对新形势下军队科研队伍的建设问题，从思想建设、组织管理、调整机制等几个方面进行了论述，提出了一些切实可行的措施．imed at the training of military scientific and technical cadres, this paper discusses how to adopt the correct ideas, tighten up the management and adjust the organization structure. Some practical measures are proposed.
