摘　　要：工程机械变矩器、变速器系统液力传动油的清洁度直接影响变速器的工作性能,不清洁的传动油会加速变速器零件的磨损、研损、烧伤或者引起噪声。分析制造过程中影响变矩器、变速器系统清洁度的主要因素,设计开发循环油品过滤净化及加注装置,提出一种在整机试车后为变矩器、变速器更换新油的方法,并具体给出一系列控制传动油清洁度的措施。The cleanness of hydraulic drive oil in torque converter and transmission system affects the work performances of a transmission directly. Contaminated oil will speed up wearing, abrading and burning or incur noises. In the article, main factors affecting the cleanness of torque converter and transmission system in manufacturing procedure are analyzed; a filtering, purifying and feeding device for circulated oil is developed; a method to replace oil in torque converter and transmission after a machine trial-run is presented; a series of measures to control cleanness of the oil is listed concretely and the purpose to increase the cleanness is achieved.
