摘  要:双驴头游梁式抽油机是一种新型节能游梁式抽油机。在理论上,本文给出了双驴头游梁式抽油机悬点载荷计算公式及扭矩变化规律计算公式。通过双驴头游梁式抽油机与常规抽油机扭矩曲线及主参数的对比,结合大庆西部外围低渗透油田的双驴头游梁式抽油机特点,从应用上,分析了双驴头游梁式抽油机悬点载荷和扭矩的变化规律,说明了双驴头游梁式抽油机节能的优越性。In 1996, in order to improve pumping oil system performance and save energy, a new type twin - horse head pumping unit had been developed successfully in China. Applications in the past 23 years showed that beam swing angle and stroke ratio increase 34% - 52%, system efficiency increase about 30%. For the purpose of further understanding the new unit performance improvment mechanism, this paper presents the results on theoretical calculation methods of the new unit rod load and torque and their applications. By compareing the new twin - horse head pumping unit with conventional pumping unit by means of a case application in Daqing western outskirts low - permeability oilfield, authors explaines the advantage of new unit in energy saving.
