摘 要:局部采暖建筑热负荷与非采暖房间室内平均温度和外围护结构热工参数密切相关。通过对西安、大连、长春三地的典型建筑在不同外围护结构保温方式下全面采暖和局部采暖进行能耗模拟分析后发现:处于不同气候分区的局部采暖建筑,非采暖房间室内平均温度有差别;建筑中功能相同的各非采暖房间,处在中间层的室内平均温度最高,底层次之,顶层最低,热负荷反之;且各非采暖房间室内平均温度难以满足热舒适的要求。局部采暖建筑中,部分房间热负荷高于相同外围护结构保温条件下全面采暖建筑对应房间的热负荷,但建筑热负荷低于全面采暖建筑的建筑热负荷。Heat load and non - heating room' s indoor temperature of a local heating building relate closely with the design of exterior building envelopes. The paper stimulates energy consumption of a typical building with different kinds of thermal insulation on exterior envelopes in Xi' an, Dalian and Changchun and analyses the relative data. Results show that non - heating rooms' indoor temperature of a local heating building located in different cities is different. Furthermore, the room temperature of the same function is also different, e.g. the temperature of room located in the middle storeies is highest, the ground floor the lower, and the top floor the lowest, while their heat load change is opposite. The average temperature of non - heating rooms cannot satisfy the demand of thermal comfort. In a local heating building, the heat load of some rooms are higher than that of the one in a entirely heating building, while the building' s heat load is lower than that of a entirely heating building.
