太阳能干燥饲料级硫酸铜的实验研究

摘  要:针对目前饲料级硫酸铜所采用的气流干燥工艺所存在能耗高、环境污染严重等问题,本文提出太阳能干燥硫酸铜技术。利用自行设计研制的箱式太阳能干燥装置进行实验,研究太阳能干燥饲料级结晶硫酸铜的工艺条件;在通过实验对其进行性能分析的基础上,对平均日产量为2 t/d的200 m2的饲料级硫酸铜太阳房干燥系统进行了节能及环境效益评价。结果表明:采用太阳能干燥硫酸铜是可行的;干燥过程中有效解决飞尘污染及噪音问题;每年节省燃煤量约12.85 t;年节省电量为35200 kW.h。同时减少CO2总排放量80.02 t,节能与环保效应显著。可见,利用太阳能干燥硫酸铜具有广泛的应用价值和前景。Concerned with the problems of high energy consumption and serious pollution existing in the process of pneumatic drying for feed - grade copper sulphate, this article suggests a solar drying technology for crystal copper sulphate. A series of tests were conducted with a self- designed solar drying device to investigate its process parameters' influence on product quality. In addition, energy saving and environmental benefit of the solar house (200 m^2) with an output of 2 tons per day was evaluated based on performance analysis of the experimental device. The result proves that using solar energy for drying crystal copper sulphate is feasible. Furthermore, it resolves the problem of noise and dust. Analyses also show that the solar house system can save 12.85 ton coal and 35 200 kW·h electricity consumption, decrease 80.02 ton CO2 emission in one year produetion cycle. In short, environmental benefit of this system is significantly great. The research of using solar to dry copper sulphate means some academic value and broad application prospect.
