摘 要:以PDA和Plate Count Agar作为基本培养基,外加不同浓度配比抗菌素进行脱菌。结果表明:以PDA125 mL作为基本培养基外加1 g/L黄连素10 mL、1 g/L卡那霉素10 mL和外加1 g/L黄连素10 mL、1 g/L多菌灵10 mL,姜块脱菌试验染菌率为0,脱菌效果良好。以PDA125 mL作为基本培养基外加1 g/L青霉素10 mL、1 g/L卡那霉素10 mL,姜芽脱菌试验染菌率为0,脱菌效果良好,另外整个试验过程姜芽的脱菌效果均优于姜块的脱菌效果。The experiments were to taking off germs with the fundamental culture medium of PDA and Plate Count Agar, in addition with antibiotics of different concentrations. The first experiment results in that the rate of germ pollution of the ginger and 125 mL PDA culture medium was 0,in which there was an admixture with 10 mL berberine and 10 mL Kanamycin of the same concentrate of 1 g/L and another admixture with Carbendazim and berberine of the same concentrate and volume,while the other experiment had the same result based on the same culture medium in which there was an admixture with 10 mL Penicillin and 10 mL Kanamycin of the same concentrate of 1 g/L,otherwise the bud had a better effect on taking off germs than the ginger itself in the whole experiment QI.
