摘  要:以紫枝玫瑰腋芽为材料,研究了抑制外植体褐变的方法,筛选出分化增殖和生根的最佳培养基。分化增殖的最佳培养基为MS+6-BA 1.0 mg/L+NAA 0.2 mg/L+ZT 0.1mg/L,增殖倍数达2.9倍,芽苗生长速度快,茎秆粗壮,叶片浓绿;最佳生根培养基为1/2MS+IAA 0.7mg/L,试管苗根系发达,生根数量多,生根速度快,有利于移栽成活。The methods for restraining the explant browning were studied with the axillary bud of Rosa rugosa 'Purple Branch'. The optimal culture medium for reproduction and rooting were chosen. MS medium supplemented with MS+ 6-BA 1.0 mg/L+NAA 0. 2 mg/L+ZT 0. 1 mg/L was best for reproduction and multiplication can reach 2. 9 times after 35 days. The shoots grow fast with stem thick and leaf green. 1/2MS medium added IAA 0. 7 mg/L was best for rooting. The roots of test-tube seeding grow fast, quickly and abundantly, which were beneficial to the survival ratio of planting.
