白天堂百合的组织培养和离体快繁技术

摘　　要：以白天堂百合的鳞茎为外植体,研究了培养基中激素配比对芽诱导、增殖及生根的影响,成功建立了快速无性繁殖系。白天堂百合的最佳芽诱导培养基是MS+0.2～0.5 mg/LNAA+0.2～0.8 mg/L BA(或0.2～2.0 mg/L的KT);芽的最佳增殖培养基为MS+0.5 mg/LIAA+0.1 mg/L KT;根的最佳诱导培养基为MS+0.5 mg/L的NAA+0.2 mg/L的KT。With the scales of Lilium White Heaven as explants,the effects of hormone combination on shoots induction, proliferation and roots induction were studied in the experiment,and the clonal propagation system was established successfully. Better induction medium of shoots were MS＋0. 2-0. 5 mg/L NAA＋0. 2-0. 8 mg/L BA（or 0. 2-2. 0 mg/L KT）. Proliferation medium of shoots were MS＋0. 5 mg/L IAA-＆0. 1 mg/L KT. Induction of roots were better in medium of MS＋0. 5 mg/L NAA＋0. 2 mg/L KT.
