大解毒颗粒抗感染作用实验研究

摘　　要：目的:观察大解毒颗粒的抑菌、抗感染作用。方法:采用平皿扩散法观察小鼠体外抑菌效果并测定小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬鸡红细胞的能力。结果:大解毒颗粒对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠埃希菌、铜绿假单胞菌、溶血性链球菌均有抑制作用,能明显提高小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬鸡红细胞的吞噬率及吞噬指数。结论:大解毒颗粒具有抑菌和抗感染作用。Objective ： To observe the effect of Granule for Neutralizing Poison on bacteriostasis and anti-infection. Method： With diffusion method in plate the capability of rat＇s peritoneal maerophage englobing chicken red blood cell had been detected, and the effect of bacteriostasis had been observed. Result： Granule for Neutralizing Poison had the effect of inhibiting Staphylococcus aureus, escherichia coli, Pseudomonas aeruginosa and beta streptococcus, and could improve phagocytosis rate of rat＇s peritoneal maerophage englobing chicken red blood cell and phagocytosis index. Conclusion ： Granule for Neutralizing Poison has the effect of bacteriostasis and anti-infection.
