摘 要:采用阴离子聚合方法制备封端率为71%~76%的末端被烷氧基硅烷官能化的溶聚丁苯橡胶(A-SSBR),研究A-SSBR及白炭黑/A-SSBR复合材料的结构和性能。结果表明,在白炭黑用量相同的条件下,白炭黑/A-SSBR复合材料比白炭黑/SSBR复合材料具有更优异的填料分散性、物理性能、抗湿滑性能和滚动阻力特性;其中A-SSBR与少量白炭黑经加热充分缩合后制备的白炭黑/A-SSBR复合材料各项性能最优。The functionalized solution-polymerized styrene-butadiene rubber having alkoxysilane group on chain-ends(A-SSBR) with end-functionalizing efficiency up to 71% -76% was prepared by anionic polymerization. The structures and properties of both A-SSBR and silica/A-SSBR composites were investigated. The results showed that, silica/A-SSBR composites exhibited better filler disper- sion,physical properties, wet skid resistance and lower rolling resistance than silica/SSBR composite based on the same silica content. In addition, the properties of the silica/A-SSBR composite prepared by the process of heating-condensation between silica and A-SSBR were at their best.
