摘　　要：在北京奥运会和残奥会的医疗服务筹备过程中，组建医疗团队是一项基础工作。北京奥组委和北京市卫生局建立了一套完整的人力资源整合机制，包括医疗团队成员的标准制定、选拔、培训、测试等多个方面，保证了场馆医疗服务的圆满完成，也给大型活动的医疗服务留下了宝贵经验。Building of medical teams was a basic preparation for Beijing 2008 Olympic Games and Paralympic Games as well. In this consideration, the Beijing Organizing Committee for the Olympic Games （BOCOG） and Beijing Health Bureau developed a complete set of mechanism to integrate human resources, covering standards development, selection, training and testing for members of medical teams. This ensures the success of medical services delivery and provides medical services delivery of subsequent Large-scale activities with valuable experiences as well.
