电脑肛肠治疗仪治疗中、重度痔71例疗效观察

摘　　要：将140例中、重度痔患者分成两组，71例（电脑组）采用电脑肛肠治疗仪治疗，69例（传统组）采用传统外剥内扎术治疗，并对两组疗效进行对比观察。结果表明，电脑肛肠治疗仪治疗中、重度痔比传统外剥内扎术手术时间短，术中出血少，术后大出血发生率低，术后患者疼痛轻，尿潴留少，医疗费用低，适合基层医院开展。One hundred and fourty patients with moderate and severe hemorrhoids were divided into two groups. Patients in the study group（ n = 71） underwent surgical treatment with the computerized therapeutic instrument ＇ while patients in the control group（ n = 69） underwent the traditional procedure of external dissection and internal ligation, the therapeutic results were compared. As results, the computerized treatment had many advantages, which are proved to be shorter in surgical time,less in interoperative bleeding, less in the rate of postoperative hematorrhea,less in postoperative pain, fewer in urine retention and lower in medical cost.
