牙齿美白的效果评估及色度学原理的临床应用

摘　　要：目的研究牙齿美白剂的增白效果,建立并运用数码照相计算机色度分析系统来评价分析牙齿美白效果的方法。方法运用Vita比色板和数码照相计算机色度分析软件处理并分析各实验组实验前后比色板色值和国际照明委员会(CIE)表色系统色差值△E。结果三组实验者均完成实验,其中,Beyond冷光美白组其牙面Vita比色板色值实验前后比较差异有显著性(P<0.01),而单纯漂白组和凡士林空白对照组他们实验前后比色板色值比较差异无显著性(P>0.05);对三组实验结果进行多重极差的q检验,其中,Be-yond冷光美白组分别与单纯漂白组和凡士林空白对照组比较其色差值△E相差有显著性(P<0.01),单纯漂白组和凡士林空白对照组比较其色差值△E相差无显著性(P>0.05)。结论本项临床试验表明,通过计算机色度分析系统处理分析,运用Beyond冷光牙齿美白技术的确具有美白牙齿的疗效。Objective To study the tooth whitening agent whitening effect,the establishment and use of digital photography computer analysis system to evaluate the chromaticity analysis of the effect of teeth whitening method. Methods The values and CIE color system color difference A E of the experimental group before and after the experiment were proceed and analyzed by the use of Vita shade guide and digital camera colority computer analysis software. Results Three sets of experiments were completed the experiment, in which, Beyond whitening group its Vita shade guide tooth surface color values before and after the experiment compare very significant difference（P 〈 0. 01 ）, while simple bleaching and vaseline control group before and after the experiment their shade guide color value is not significant difference （ P 〉 0. 05 ） ; After multiple range q test, Beyond whitening group and a simple bleaching or vaseline control group compared with their color difference A E had very significant difference （P 〈 0. 01 ）, a simple bleaching group and vaseline control group compared with their color difference A E difference had not significant difference （P 〉 0. 05 ）. Conclusion This clinical trial show that through computer analysis system to deal with chroma analysis, the use of Beyond cold light tooth whitening technology has the effect of teeth whitening.
