摘  要:目的:对栀子果实、果仁、果皮中二萜色素类成分进行比较研究。方法:HPLC法同时测定3个主要成分(crocin1,crocin 2,crocin 3)含量,kromasil C18柱,流动相为甲醇-乙腈-0.3%甲酸水不同梯度洗脱,检测波长440 nm,流速1.0 mL.min-1,柱温35℃。结果:3个成分在测定范围内线性关系较好(r>0.999 5),平均回收率分别为97.50%,98.76%,97.67%。栀子果实不同部位中均含有3种二萜色素类成分,且含量有较大差异。结论:3种成分以栀子果仁中含量最高,为揭示栀子果仁。Objective: To compare the contents of diterpenoid pigments among the fruit, seed, and pericarp from Gardenia jasminoides. Method: The separation of Crocin 1, Crocin 2, Crocin 3 were carriedout simultaneously on a Kromasil C18 column at 35 ℃ with the methanol-acetonitrile-0. 3 % formic acid anhydrous in gradient elution as the mobile phrases. The detection wavelength was set at 440 nm and the flow rate was 1.0 mL.min^-1. Result: The obtained linearity of the three components was better over 0. 999 5 and the average recoveries were 97.50%, 98. 76%, 97.67%, respectively. The results exhibited the remarkable variation among the different parts of the fruit. Conclusion: The contents of three constituents in seed were higher than in pericarp.
