摘　　要：盾构机的用电设备数量繁多,线缆布置集中,散热奈件较差,电气火灾隐患多。本文对盾构机的电气火灾监控系统进行了分析,给出了此系统的检测元件、监控设备及构成。电气火灾监控主机设备采用软件对检测到的数据进行处理、分析,将结果以图形曲线和画面的形式进行显示,并配以声光报警,有效地起到了对电气火灾的提前预报和预防。There are many incipient faults of electric fire because of great varieties of shield electrical equipments, concentric wiring and bad rejection of heat. The paper analyzes the monitoring system for shield electric fire and introduces its detecting devices, monitoring equipment and its composition. By software, the host equipment deals with and analyzes the detected data, shows the results with the curves and pictures and adds the acousto-optic alarm. It acts on the prediction and precaution for electric fire effectively in advance.
